It is a giant golden ball of heavenly delights, a glorious beast of a dessert.
Sadly, it hails from the other side of the world. It is the work (some might say the career defining work) of the chefs at Sydney cafe Piccolo Me.
That said, we have always maintained we are prepared to relocate in the pursuit of culinary excellence.
