With Burns Night just around the corner, it’s the perfect time for chefs to dust off their classic haggis recipe for another year.
But one chef, Paul Wedgwood, has decided to go down a slightly less traditional route, skipping the usual sheep-themed option to make what he claims is the world’s first guinea pig haggis.
Yep. We’ll just let that sink in for a bit. This really is haggis made out of little guinea pigs.
