PantyProp have created bottoms that include a section for those who wear sanitary pads. The cut-out section ensures the pad does not move around, while also enabling you to wear it discretely by tucking the sanitary pad under the vulva therefore avoided those feelings of self-consciousness.
For those who choose to use tampons or menstrual cups, the bottoms can still be of help and extra security as they have absorbent lining to help prevent any visible stains or leaks.
