Someone at Burger King Japan’s got a bit happs with the red food colouring.
First came the black burger, and now Burger King Japan are pushing the burger boundaries once again with their rather angry looking red burger.
The red burger (known as the aka burger, for ‘aka’ means ‘red’ in Japanese) comes in two forms – Aka Samurai Chicken and Aka Samurai Beef.
So, what’s going on between those striking red buns?
The red buns (which are coloured with tomato powder) are joined by slices of postbox-red cheese and a chilli-packed sauce Burger King are calling ‘ANGRY sauce’ (grrrr).
