So, you’ve made the terrible, awful mistake of signing up for a 5K.
Maybe it was for charity. Perhaps you thought it would be just the boost you need to get you going to the gym again.
Either way it’s possible probable that you misunderstood exactly how far 5K is, and have managed to kid yourself that you can do it with no preparation.
However you’ve managed to get yourself into this situation, these are the struggles you’re going to face…
1. Being massively guilt-tripped into signing up
