Like most little girls, three-year-old Samara is a big fan of Frozen. So when her mum, Rachel Muir, took her to a Disney-themed event at a shopping centre in Melbourne, there was only one outfit she wanted to wear – her Princess Elsa costume.
But unfortunately for Samara and her mother, their day out wasn’t as magical as they were expecting.
