A Tennessee woman’s hilarious (yet actually very logical) advice on how to avoid shark attacks has made her an internet star.
Veronica-Pooh Nash Poleate’s ‘Summer Safety Tips’ video has now been viewed by over 11 million people on Facebook.
Veronica (aka Sister Pooh) was inspired to make her video after a shark attack in Surf City, on the North Carolina coastline. There has been a spate of shark attacks in the area in recent weeks.
‘I’m on my way to church this morning, but I wanted to make a quick video because my spirit was troubled this morning,’ she begins. ‘I had the news on and it was talking about somebody else done got ate up by a shark.’
