We’ve all ordered pizza (yes, we have, don’t lie) and we’ve all got annoyed at how long we’ve had to wait and then demanded a refund.
Nearly two hours is not ok Pizza Hut. Not ok.
How can it take so long?
But when you complain you expect someone to take notice.
And you wouldn’t expect the complaint to take 19 DAYS to sort out.
The Pizza Hut I’d ordered from refused to refund, didn’t apologise and said the lack of pizza was just “one of those things”.
