Those grapes really should be chopped in half lengthways – they’re one of the most common choking hazards for kids (Picture: Getty)

Choking: this has got to one of the biggest fears of most parents. It causes many mums and dads untold anxiety about starting solid foods, makes us chop grapes in half until our kids are teenagers (or almost) and leads us to watch our little ones like a hawk while they’re learning how to eat.

No one wants to sit through 8 hours of screaming, right? (Picture: YouTube Shane Townley)

There’s barely anything enjoyable about a long haul flight, in economy at least (having never flown anything but).

Cramped seating, stale air, people whacking their seats into the back of your knees.

And at the departure gate, we all scour the queue to see which people we would rather NOT be seated near.

Can’t we just scrap February half term?

If, like me, you have a few children in your party then you inevitably score low on the ‘Would like to sit next to’-ometer.

Here’s all you need to know about the iconic Anna Wintour…

Whether you think it looks cool or not, you’ve got to admit this look is more than a little impractical.

Imagine trying to munch on BBQ chicken wings and accidentally gulping down one of Kylie Jenner’s baby’s fingers.

It could happen, if you have the manicure that’s inspired by baby Stormi Webster.

Russian salon Nail Sunny are back with their kooky creations, one of which includes aunty Kim Kardashian twerking in lingerie.

Yes that’s right, you can have bikini-clad Kim dancing away on one of your nails.

So KFC has run out of chicken and there are a lot of ‘you had one job’ jokes to be made here – if it weren’t for the tragic amount of food that’s going to waste because of the DHL delivery problem.

But the availability of fried chicken is, apparently, a very serious issue, with some Londoners even resorting to calling the police.

Cervical bruising. Doesn’t sound pleasant, huh?

Bumping your cervix and making it sore as a result is actually a pretty common sex-related injury – if you have a cervix, you’ve probably experienced it to some degree.

It’s just that because most of us don’t know where exactly our cervix is, what it feels like, and where exactly we’d feel pain were it to be bruised, that you may be unaware of ever having hurt your cervix. You might not even know that cervical bruising is a risk you take whenever you get sexual.

With that in mind, let’s learn about… Read the full story

A pair of travel mad parents have moved into a one bedroom caravan with their three kids, who will soon drop out of full time education to travel around the world.

The Binedell family moved into their mobile home in St Albans, Hertfordshire, in October last year after giving up their large three bedroom home in Portugal.

Now, after returning to the UK just five months ago, the family are planning to pack their bags this August for the third time and travel the world.

Alongside selling all of their possessions, Karen, 36, and Warren, 45 – who pay £420 per month for their caravan, which is £2,000 less than… Read the full story

We’ve fallen in love with an adorable cat who has a two-toned face.

A gorgeous two-faced (literally) cat has won our hearts with her perfectly split black and grey facial fur, which is thought to have different DNA on each side.

The gorgeous moggy has a light grey and black face which is separated down the centre with an almost flawless line.

A picture of the feline was taken by animal photographer, Jean-Michel Labat, whose Instagram is full of other photos of other animals, including more fluffy cats.

When we caught wind of the news that someone had developed a vegan burger patty that ‘bleeds through the middle’, we were intrigued. Very intrigued.

Last month we reported that the Moving Mountains B12 vegan burger would be making its way to iconic veggie restaurant, Mildreds in February.

The burger is made from 100% raw plant meat, and contains oyster mushrooms, beetroot juice, wheat and soy proteins, onion, coconut oil and vitamin B12.

‘Every Moving Mountains B12 burger is 100% raw plant meat, 0% cow and looks just like a regular patty’, the company claims.

Cadbury Is Selling A Humongous Daim Easter Egg And It Looks Cracking
(Picture: Asda)

Easter is coming, which means the supermarkets are already stocked up on chocolate eggs and we couldn’t be any happier to grace the aisles of Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

Though we may have to head to Asda first, as the store has just started selling a giant Cadbury Dairy Milk Daim Easter egg.

We know, it sounds incredible. And it really is.

Unlike other Cadbury Easter eggs, where you simply get a large chocolate egg shell and a selection of chocolates within it, this egg is made with actual Daim pieces, much like the sharing bars available.

How sex changes when you have a stoma

I have had a stoma for just over a month now. I’m not sure if my brain has processed my new body yet.

When I look in the mirror with the bag on I have to say to myself, ‘this is part of my body now’. I’m not dressing up. I can’t just take it off and not put a new one back on thinking: well that was fun, I wonder what body accessory I’ll try tomorrow.

With Mona the stoma herself, when I’m changing a bag and I see my new naked body in the mirror with a massive pink scar down my tummy and a red, fleshy intestine sticking out of my side, yes, I do think it’s weird.

I don’t know how much I think of what I see as MY body. It doesn’t look like my body. I don’t recognise it. But it’s there.

I guess I don’t mind it. It’s kind of cool and interesting and it saved my… Read the full story

We’re not sure why, but pink is a major theme on the Brit Awards red carpet… and we’re really into it.

While Dua Lipa went for layers of tulle and Stefflon Don went bodycon, we reckon our favourite red carpet look so far has to be Maya Jama’s.

The presenter wore a wraparound, blazer-style dress designed by Henry Holland, with fluted sleeves and all-over sparkle. Naturally, she looked glorious.

And just in case the glitter wasn’t enough, Maya added extra sparkle with some snazzy Sophia Webster shoes, along with a diamond necklace and matching earrings. Lovely.

One gown that is giving us serious heart eyes is Dua Lipa’s epic strapless pink frou frou number.

The girl’s made history with five Brits nominations, which no female has ever had before. Yas kween.

She’s up for best album, best single (for New Rules, obvs), best female, best video, and breakthrough.

The vegan chocolate bar guide
(Picture: Metro.co.uk)

When people find out you’re vegan, the first thing that usually comes out of their mouth is, ‘Oh, I couldn’t do it, I’d miss [insert food here]’.

Often, that food is chocolate. Which is weird, because there’s so much great vegan chocolate on the market.

Sure, there’s no exact taste replacement for Dairy Milk, but there’s a whole other world of chocolate to explore, that can be just as delicious and just as creamy.

Tip – when it comes to plain dark chocolate, you’ll find that most supermarket own brand versions are actually dairy-free, so get scanning those labels. (Sainsbury’s Basics dark chocolate bar is… Read the full story

While most people love Easter and all the chocolatey goodness it has to offer, others who aren’t chocolate lovers don’t really see the big deal.
