Whoa. (Picture: Instagram/Molly Munyan)

The best thing most of us will ever make out of a balloon is a snake.

Then there are the people that can make a dog or a rabbit, shattering our artistic dreams with a few twists.

And then there’s a woman called Molly Munyan from Kansas City, Missouri, who makes entire ballgowns out of balloons.

Yep – from cute frocks to prom dresses, Molly uses balloons of all shapes and sizes to create wearable art pieces.

Everyone’s felt at least once that their problem is too small or stupid to pay a visit to the doctor for.

And then there are the people who go for stupid reasons anyway.

No, they’re not there because their chest infection isn’t severe enough for antibiotics or because they’re a little tired but for truly idiotic reasons.

Over on Reddit, doctors are sharing the most ridiculous ailments that patients have either come in for or called about.

Virtually every culture has some sort of pancake recipe and no wonder. It’s a combination of simple pantry ingredients and leftovers, either savoury or sweet.

What’s more, it’s very easy to make for brunch or tea. here’s the recipe for you to try at home – it’s simple and delicious.

Hey, she tried. (Picture: CBC News)

Sometimes we try to do something good, and people just don’t appreciate it.

Sometimes they take the p*ss, and we wonder why we bothered trying to be nice in the first place.

It sucks, right? It kind of makes you lose faith in people’s kindness and the value of random good deeds.

With that shared, difficult experience in mind, please enjoy artist Heather Wise’s restoration of a statue of Mary and baby Jesus outside Ste Anne des Pins Catholic church in Sudbury, Canada.

Whenever Kendall and Gigi are involved, the fashion world just can’t catch a break.

There was the time Vogue tweeted about their supermodel status, and people couldn’t stop trolling them. There was the time other models kept slamming them as a package deal. And, most recently, when Gigi Hadid said she was still learning to walk on the catwalk and everyone said ‘WE KNOW’.

This time around, Gigi and Kendall appear on the cover of W Magazine together.

They’re wearing matching dresses. They’re holding puppies. Everything’s wonderful.

Except… wait a minute… GIGI AND KENDALL DON’T HAVE KNEES.

FAREWELL, FRIEND. (Picture: Nando’s)

Last week, Nando’s joyfully announced the arrival of a new burger to the menu.

The Sunset Burger is made up of two flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken thighs, melted cheese, spinach, and smokey red pepper jam, sandwiched between a sweet Bolo do Caco bun.

It’s delightful and lovely and we were very excited.

But there was one part of Nando’s announcement that they mumbled, quietly, so we almost missed it: the Sunset Burger’s arrival means that the Churrasco Burger has been shoved off the menu.

Scary or… sexy? (Picture: metro.co.uk)

It’s the question we’ve been quietly pondering since Bella and Edward exchanged moody stares in Twilight.

Can vampires smell your period? Did vampire slaying suddenly become all the more perilous for 5 days out of every month for Buffy Summers?

Just in case you hadn’t ever given it much thought, let’s look at the facts.

Vampires are big fans of blood (even the vegetarian ones a la Stephanie Meyer) and periods do tend to involve bleeding. So presumably if you’re dating a vampire then shark week would actually be the highlight of the month.

Dogs are blessed creatures. Find me someone who hates dogs and I’ll show you a monster.

They’re so loyal, so cuddly, so greedy – what the hell isn’t there to love?

And they’re incredible even when they’re asleep.

Apparently dogs can smell the time

But have you ever wondered what your canine pal dreams of when they close their little silky-lidded eyes?

People magazine asked a Harvard psychologist about the differences between human dreaming habits and those of their pets.

And obviously dogs came out of it even more perfectly cute than before.

Because it turns out that dogs DREAM OF THEIR OWNERS’ FACES.

‘Humans dream about the same things they’re interested in by day, though more visually and less logically,’ the researcher said.

Rejoice the return of the Ugg (Picture: Ugg/Ben Rayner)

Cast your mind back to 2002 and, chances are, the predominant image that will pop into your mind is the UGG boot, otherwise known as the shoe version of a hangover.

It was a boot that gloried in being ugly, that left us all walking on the ankles, went soggy the second it rained and never recovered, but was so comfortable, we forgave it all those sins and determinedly carried on wearing them anyway (sometimes with mini skirts, which made absolutely no sense).

Every day we see pictures of conservationists, nature documentary makers and photographers saving animals around the world.

But this repeatedly brings up the question: Should we intervene in nature to save wild animals?

Wildlife photographer for National Geographic and marine biologist Paul Nicklen has faced the question of what to do a number of times.

Last week Nicklen and his team of two assistants were conducting an ecological study in Vancouver, British Columbia.

So when you see someone whose parents might have been cousins walking down the street with someone who’s parents might have been Greek gods, you do have to wonder… How does someone divinely good looking end up with… Read the full story
