You’re hot all the time. You’re tired. You can’t sleep.

How much of who I am is down to my mental illness?

And often, these are only really managed with hormone replacement therapy.

But it turns out that you can also temper the symptoms of menopause with hot yoga.

Michele Pernetta is the founder of hot power yoga practice Fierce Yoga, and is credited with bringing Bikram (hot) Yoga over to this country back in 1994.

And she says that hot yoga can benefit and alleviate the more uncomfortable side effects of the menopause.

Today is National Sea Monkey Day (May 16) and if you didn’t know that was an actual thing, clearly you haven’t been living.

Everyone who was a 90s kid knows that sea monkeys were the absolute best.

Nobody had any idea what they actually were – the popular theory was that they were alien creatures from outer space – but we were mad about them all the same, even if they did die almost as soon as they had hatched.
