Why have a normal, boring bath scented with lavender when you can have one that smells like cheesy pizza instead?

Thanks to Japanese retail chain Village Vanguard you can now indulge in some me time and come out smelling like coriander, pizza, beer or even yakiniku grilled meat.

The Queen's cheap nail polishThe Queen's been wearing the same £7.99 nail polish shade since 1989

Or if you’re feeling a little on the healthy side you can always opt for edamame soybeans. Delicious.

This isn’t the first time that Village Vanguard… Read the full story

Last week we brought you horrifying news about the Domino’s big garlic & herb dip.

It turned out that that innocent pot of deliciousness (the big pot, anyway) racked up nearly 700 calories a pop – more calories than two McDonald’s cheeseburgers.

'I wouldn't want to say vomit in case it made me sick': What it's like to have emetophobia

People were, quite rightly, outraged.

That dip is an institution.

But in hindsight, we hadn’t seen anything yet.

Because Cosmo has discovered some even more disturbing facts about Nando’s Peri-Peri Houmous.

The ‘healthy’ starter contains an astonishing 800 calories.

You know the drill.

You’re stressed out at work and need your hair off. your. damn. face.

You’re at the gym and are entirely fed up of feeling your ponytail swishing at your neck.

Thanks to these bath salts you can smell like pizza and coriander

So you fold your hair into a bun, leave the ends sticking out in a state of disarray, and adopt an expression that says ‘yes, my hair is a mess. I’m a busy woman getting sh*t done’.

This hairstyle is a go-to. It’s the one we always use in times of need (a need to tie up our hair).

The number of calories in Nandos houmous is even more horrifying than the Dominos dip

And today, the 70-year-old has a body most women half her age would kill for – which she puts it down to following a no-sugar diet.

‘I have been sugar-free for 28 years,’ she tells the Daily Mail.

When we’re riffing on fairytales originally aimed at kids, it’s important to be careful with the message we’re sending.

A p*sstake of marrying off princesses at insanely young ages? You go right ahead. A take down of the damsel in distress stereotype? Yes, please.

Why it's so powerful for Barbie to talk about mental health

But a parody that takes a familiar story, flips it around a bit, and decides to have a laugh by increasing a character’s size? That feels a bit off.

I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t ever compared my life to the lives of old school friends, purely by what they choose to present on social media.

I’ve found myself questioning if I’ve come far enough for my age – as I see people I used to know celebrating engagements and pregnancies and travelling the world.

I wonder whether I’m missing out. Despite thinking I know what I want, right now it’s those frequent Instagram photos of smiling faces that I used to know leaving me questioning whether they made better choices.

Nothing says summer like the smoky aroma of BBQ wafting through the balmy air.

Can we all stop pretending barbecues are a great idea? Because they’re awful

Hot juicy burgers and soft white bread buns, washed down with a crisp glass of Prosecco…

…never happens. Just in case you forgot you were in Blighty, not the Bahamas, the reality of the Great British barbie is more soggy sausage than hot banger.

Whether you’re host or guest, there are some things that will never change. It wouldn’t be summer without them.

Penises. We talk a lot about them. We think about them.

But outside of the context of our sexual partners or porn, we don’t actually get to have a proper look at them, in all their glorious variety.

Just like vulvae, penises can vary in all kinds of wonderful ways. They can have a slight angle. They vary in skin tone. They vary in – the big one – size.

It is a well known fact that every single child in the 90s was obsessed with everything to do with PlayStation.

90s kids were obsessed firstly with getting their paws on the console itself. Usually this came in the form of a Christmas present, after a lot of begging of parents and grandparents.

You now had the console, an extra controller for annoying siblings that wanted to get in on the action, the all important memory card it was now time for the games.

Most of us believe that we have a drunken alter-ego.

We blame dancing on the table or throwing our shoes in the bin on this alter-ego. That isn’t really who we are, we tell ourselves. We’d never do that. It’s just drunk us.

It turns out we are wrong. We do not have secret drunken alter-egos.

It was us the whole time.
