Adulthood can often seem like a life full of regret. Bit depressing.

1. Actually getting enough sleep on a regular basis
You’ll be happier, more productive, and a much nicer person to be around on a full 8 hours.

Go to that party. Stay out with the person you fancy. Pull an all-nighter to work on something you’re passionate about.
