We all look forward to summer, the promise of holidays, light evenings and sunny beer gardens. But no sooner are we in the summer months than we’re kind of ready to move on.
The months we expect to offer us endless sunshine and happy times – July, August and September – have been a bit of an unreliable wash-out in recent years anyway. We just aren’t getting the use we expected out of our new flip-flops and gas-fired BBQs and are already looking to pack the hopeful beach towels away.
