I speak, write and blog about my disease as well as some of the consequences including having an ostomy and a jpouch.
I do this to raise awareness and to #StopPooBeingTaboo – there are over 300,000 people in the UK with IBD and around 100,000 with an ostomy and I shout loudly for every one of those people because life with IBD can be isolating and devastating.
