At some point in all of our lives, it is hugely likely that we will all have some close contact with mental health issues, whether it is us personally or someone we care about who have the experience. 

There are no hard and fast rules for who will endure mental health related illness and nor are there any guaranteed rules for dealing with the problems when they do arise.
