Comedian writes list of all the nonsensical things women hear in their lifetime and it’s bang on

There are days when trying to live up to society’s expectations of you can be exhausting.

Sometimes, it can feel like no choice we make is ever going to be okay.

Which is what inspired Londoner and stand-up comedian Bisha K. Ali to write her Facebook post, where she lists all the conflicting pieces of unsolicited advice women will be given in their lifetime, from childhood to motherhood (or not) and beyond.

Or to use Bisha’s working title: ‘Everything Is Bullsh*t So Do Whatever You Want’.
