The average price of renting a flat in the great capital is at £1500 per month, and with rental costs continuing to rise, here are a few reasons we aren’t such big fans of renting in London:

Don’t do it to yourself. Do not look at how much you pay to rent in London and then ask your best friend in Liverpool what they are forking out for a place twice the size, with a garden and a bedroom that doesn’t resemble a cupboard under the stairs.
