Some scientist-y types have got involved to help us out, discovering the exact perfect time to go to bed. In Winter, anyway.
Basically, it turns out that the colder months make it trickier for us to get a proper night’s sleep, with a new study finding that 55% of people struggle to sleep in Winter – mostly because they’re a bit chilly.
Researchers surveyed 1,000 people about their formula for the perfect night’s sleep, and found out all kinds of interesting bits and pieces about how to feel properly rested when it’s cold outside.
