We should all try to be kind to others – but what about ourselves?

If you think this sounds selfish then look at it like this – if you’re happier, more refreshed and less stressed then you’ll be kinder to those around you.

This isn’t about daily meditation, becoming vegan or visiting the gym – I’m rubbish at all of these things, drink too much coffee and never go to bed early.
