This powerful video portrays the terrible isolation felt by children who are bullied.
There are no official statistics on the number of children who are bullied – but, as the NSPCC put it, bullying is an issue that affects almost all children in some way.
Many of those affected are often too afraid to speak out.
Now students at Bedford High School have come together to make a heartbreaking video for anti-bullying week 2015 to help show their peers that they can seek help.
Called I Am Holly, the video is a crushing reminder of the reality that many young people face each day going to school.
