Weekends are awful. Why? Because they’re too damn good.
They’re a wonderful time of relaxation, bringing out all your fancy cooking skills, watching excessive amounts of TV, and reconnecting with who you are outside of the office.
But here’s the problem: there’s too much build up, and then they’re over before you know it.
The concept of weekends – their promise and wonder, followed by a sharp, sudden return to early mornings and work – is awful.
