But Rana Nakhal Solset, founder of Emel and Aris, may be about to shake things up with her first ever line of clothing: ‘Smart Coats’.
For both men and women, these coats feature heating systems that can be adjusted with three temperatures.
‘The technology is made from a specially formulated lightweight polymer. It produces far infrared (FIR) heat energy that is absorbed by the skin to heat the muscles and increase blood flow so you feel warm all over – not hot, just perfectly comfortable,’ Rana says in her promotional video.
