If you had to guess where Britain’s best takeaway was, you’d probably assume London?

In case you didn’t know, Pantone’s colour of the year is a big deal.

The rise of labiaplasty is proof that sex education needs a vagina-focused update

The colour they pick sets the tone for the year ahead, predicting trends in fashion, interiors, advertising, and pretty much everything else involving pretty colours.

For 2016, Pantone shocked us all by choosing two colours – a soft pink and a soft blue, designed to represent a move towards gender fluidity.

And today they’ve announced that their colour for 2017 will be just as important and symbolic.

We all love a good prank. Placing a whoopie cushion under a chair, squeezing hair removal cream into the shampoo, putting fake tan in someone’s foundation – you get the drift.

There’s a lot of weird stuff on Instagram. Sometimes, as you scroll through photos of adorable dogs that remind you of the fact your landlord won’t let you have pets and someone’s awful-looking home cooked meal that guaranteeds you’re never going to accept their dinner invite, you’ll wonder why you bother keeping the app.

However, sometimes you’ll scroll your way into something that’s hard to tear your eyes away from.

Like the account Rodrigo.Kauan, owned Rodrigo Fernandes.

Rodrigo, who comes from Londrina in Parana, Brazil and describes himself as ‘the mortal son of an eternal father’, likes posting photos of himself.

To be precise, he’s a fan of sharing photos of his abs with the world, almost exclusively through the medium of mirror selfies.

There’s so much pressure – you have to be entirely accountable for yourself all of the time and you can’t afford to make any mistakes.
