I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – at the best of times, Instagram can be the worst thing to scroll through when you’re in need of some body confidence.

For every picture of someone’s dinner and your friend’s engagement ring comes a photo of a flawless model you’ve never met before – put on your feed to make you feel envious. And therefore, incredibly upset with your own body.

What we don’t think about, at the time, is that our bodies could look just like theirs if only we stretched our arms and flexed our stomachs the right way.
