While mental health seems to have been at the forefront of conversation for some time now, it’s still a taboo subject in more traditional arenas.

And until recently, professional sport has been renowned for being a difficult space to talk about perceived weaknesses.

But that’s all (mercifully) changing.

To encourage their players to discuss their own mental health, the Rugby Players’ Association has just launched a campaign seeking to break the stigma around the topic.

The best pizza topping is, undeniably, Hawaiian.

That sweet juicy pineapple nestling on top of salty slices of ham and gooey cheese is a thing of food porn and culinary wet dreams.

Making full use of what the land has to offer, the combination of fruit, meat and dairy is unparalleled in its pizza beauty. Keep your pepperoni. Chuck away your margherita. The Hawaiian is the only dinner time friend you’ll ever need.

Everyone knows that when being accused of racism, the very last thing you should do is try and use the ‘friend defence’.

It goes along the lines of: ‘I’m absolutely not being racist – I’ve got loads of (black/Asian/mixed etc.) friends. Hell, my best mate is a (black/Asian/mixed etc.) dude and his family all love me’.

Fairtrade is trading between companies in developed countries and producers in developing countries.

Fair prices are paid to the producers, and companies are able to provide workers with a stable income that can improve their lives.

First things first, the pay gap is real.

Yes, there are hairy knuckled men on the internet who will tell you it’s not. But forgive me, I’m going to listen to the Office of National Statistics and finance giant PwC, rather than @BigDaveDog888.

‘If the pay gap is real’ you might ask, ‘Why don’t employers just save money by hiring women.’

I’m afraid that dichotomy is a perfect representation of just how much higher value is given to a male employee. Women are perceived to be a drain because they do selfish things like going off and having babies.

Metro IllustrationsStop worrying about how many calories you're burning during sex

This is edging 101. You’re about to learn about a sexual practice that is credited with boosting libidos all over the shop.

So. What is edging?

Edging is the practice of taking yourself, or being brought, to the point of orgasm, then stopping before reaching the peak.

Why would you do that?

Good question. The orgasm is the best bit, right? So why would anyone want to skip out on it?
