The Jewish festival of Passover is here once more – and that means that the annual ritual that is the Seder service is upon us too.

But while the at-home service and festive meal should really be a religious exploration of the Exodus – complete with more wine-drinking and matzo-eating than you can shake a stick at – for many it seems to have picked up a few more ‘unlikely’ traditions along the way.

Since I’ve started being honest about my mental health, I’ve noticed that my relationships have changed – mostly for the better.

There’s more trust there. We’re able to talk about bigger things. Now that I’ve opened up, the people around me have started to open up, too.
