Increasing numbers of dads want to have access to paternity leave, a new study says.
According to a new report from Dove Men+Care and Promundo, more and more men would like to be involved in early months of their babies’ lives.
The findings come after it’s been revealed that 40% of new dads don’t take paternity leave at all.
And yet, two-thirds of fathers say that they’ve had to quit or would consider resigning to be more involved with caring for their child in the early weeks and months following their birth.
