Let’s be straight here, British sun-seekers don’t have a brilliant rep when it comes to holidaying abroad.
But according to Lastminute.com’s Summer Snapshot 2015 which surveyed 6,000 Europeans, UK tourists actually behave well when it comes beach-fronting.
*And* we’re prudes too. Who knew?
According to the results, 20 per cent of Brits prefer to cover up in a t-shirt or towel on the beach. Which is huge in comparison to figures in France (7 percent), Germany (7 percent), Italy (4 percent) and Spain (4 percent).
As for sunbathing topless? 30 percent of British tourists are offended by such antics, and 40 percent think it’s offensive to wear a thong when topping up the tan.
