The only thing holding us back from daily servings of Viennetta glory? The fact that we tend to think of it as a party food, acceptable to buy only when you’ve got a group of friends popping round.
This is mostly because it takes a while to thaw to a perfect melty consistency. Taking one slice and putting the block back in the freezer just feels wrong.
