It’s just the dream to have a sweet, sweet home cinema. 

But a bit of a nightmare when you think about the cost of building one.

Well, not if you’re as resourceful as these two college students, who managed to transform their basement into a home cinema for the measly sum of $150 (£104).

Sure, there may not be rows of comfy cinema seats or a surround sound cinema screen.

But it still looks pretty amazing.

Redditor ASmallCrane built the cinema after arriving at his student house two days before his classes started.

Like many a noughties teenager, Tyne plucked her eyebrows away to nothing. At just 15, she tried to fix the problem by getting permanent eyebrows tattooed on instead.

You can tell 2016’s going to be a good year because they’ve finally brought everyone’s favourite 80s and 90s lunchbox treat back: the Trio.

Trio chocolate biscuit bars are set to return to supermarkets from March 1.

The bad news is that the bars, made by McVitie’s (who are part of United Biscuits), are only back for a non-disclosed ‘limited time’.

Anyway, we got our hands on some at an exclusive event shrouded in so much secrecy even the packaging was plain white (don’t worry, it’s not going to stay like that) – and we did the decent thing and tasted them for you.

A tantalising ad entitled ‘I want to chase someone’ has piqued the interest of the internet after it posted on Craigslist.

Although it was swiftly removed from the site, a screen grab of the ad is now being shared across Twitter and Instagram.

‘I am seeking someone who will let me chase them,’ the man begins, adding ‘age and gender doesn’t matter…as long as you go real fast’.

Speed is not the only thing that’s important to him though – it’s also about stamina. ‘I want the chasing to last a long time and I want to be sweaty,’ he adds.

If there was an award for being a great friend, this guy would win it hands down.

He also may be the most dedicated man you’ll ever see.

After one man, Dustin Buchanan, celebrated his 20th birthday and thanked his friends for their birthday wishes on Facebook, he was eager to start the countdown to his 21st. And why not? It’s a big birthday.

But his friend, Reddit user Cory Wallace, took the mention of a countdown a little too literally.

And, being the great friend that he so obviously is, he has been counting down Dustin’s birthday ever since February 9th, 2015.

The Hulk is a dog who really lives up to his name – he is the world’s largest pit bull, weighing in at 12st, which is slightly more than the average British woman.
