We all know that the occasional glass of wine can be good for you. Well, better than a dozen shots of tequila, anyway.
Also good for you: working out. So why not combine the two?
No, we’re not suggesting getting hammered before your bootcamp session – which sounds fun, sure, but will most likely result in serious injury and puking.
Instead, just follow along with health coach April Storey’s wine workouts.
24-year-old April has created a load of wine-themed workouts for her followers on Facebook, either just incorporating a few wine bottles as weights, or using little sips of wine as a reward for pushing herself.

You have adopted the ideology that why bother going out to shimmy, when you can stay at home and eat cheese instead?
Clubbing used to be your thing many moons ago. But as time has gone by you’ve slowly come to realise that it has lost its appeal. You aren’t sure exactly when it happened, but it may have been during a Sambuca-fuelled night of regret.
Basically you’re totally over clubbing, and you can’t even remember why you enjoyed it in the first place.
1. Hangovers aren’t your thing
You’re all too painfully aware that clubbing and a resulting hangover go together like fish and chips.
Quite frankly you can no longer be bothered spending ever Sunday trying to scavenge what little is left of your dignity.
2. But Netflix is
You laugh at the days when you used to spend several hours dancing and drinking away, only to wake up the next morning and hardly remember anything.
Now that you’ve… Read the full story

Sure, it seems small. But representation in Lego matters.
Lego revealed this week that their newest figures include a stay-at-home dad figure, wearing a checked shirt and hipster beard, and happily pushing a pram and carrying a bottle of milk.
This is important. Why? Because it shows young kids playing in the world of Lego that out… Read the full story
Frances Cannon is a total badass of the illustrating world.
She’s dedicated her drawing talents to proudly, loudly celebrating women’s bodies and their general awesomeness, depicting the real, imperfect bodies of the women around her.
At only 23 years old, she’s already racked up more than 30,000 Instagram followers who love her work – and many of her fans even have custom tattoos designed by Frances herself.
Why is her work so popular? Because it’s inspiring AND honest.
Chinese cupping therapy has been around for YEARS, but it’s recently been getting loads of attention online.
Why? Because celebrities – from Lena Dunham to (most recently) Aisleyne off Big Brother – keep sharing slightly scary photos of massive red welts on their backs, usually with some variation of ‘ouch’ in the caption.
Turns out they haven’t been engaging in anything too hardcore, but instead the ancient Chinese art of cupping therapy, in which an expert takes specially designed glass cups, heats them up using fire, and then applies them to your skin.
Meet Francis Bacon, known on the internet as Bacon Bear. She’s your new favourite Instagram celeb.
Bacon Bear is a sharpug. Meaning a Shar Pei mixed with a pug.
She lives in New York with her owner, enjoys playing, naps, and posing for photos, and is straight up adorable.
She looks like a little bear – hence the name – but with extra fluffiness and face wrinkles.
It’s the dream: having your very own private cinema, where you can drink tea, curl up in weird positions, and generally do whatever the heck else makes you happy while you watch the films of your choice.
We want a home cinema. And we want one now.
We’re not even that fussed about screen size or number of seats. We don’t need a full-on theatre for hosting movie parties.
Just a cosy spot to watch movies, alone or with carefully selected friends, and plenty of snacks. That’s what we’re after.
Oh, Tinder. The magical app bringing people together, blessing us with dick pics and the joy of male feminists, and turning finding love into an endlessly addictive game that leaves you feeling slightly hollow and disappointed in the world. FUN.
But how does Tinder work, exactly? How does the app find so many people for us to reject? Why do people who have swiped right on us always seem to show up first, so we get the rush of an instant match?
The truth? No one knows for certain, other than the actual developers of the app – who keep their algorithms private so there aren’t a load… Read the full story

So, yeah, soup for cats is a thing now.
This despite our furry friends not having opposable thumbs (yet) meaning they’ll struggle with the spoon.
Purina Gourmet, which claims to be ‘the pinnacle of feline dining,’ says it’s made the first soup for cats.
Although I should point out other brands are available, albeit going by the names ‘broth’ and ‘liquid cat food’.
Anyway, this fancy soup has been, and I quote ‘designed as an appetiser’ for cats ‘with sophisticated palates’.
Ladies – are you considering proposing to your man on Leap Day tomorrow (Monday, February 29)?
How can you make it as romantic as possible I hear you ask?
There can be only one answer.
Getting down on one knee with an onion ring ala The Simpsons and a branded steak bearing the words ‘will you marry me?’ of course.
Beefeater clearly understands the way to a man’s heart is with a 10oz steak and beer.
