Never let anyone say cats don’t love their owners as much as dogs do.

Cats can be caring, too. Cats can love just as hard. And in the case of Panda, cats can be just as protective as any guard dog.

Panda is a two and a half year old cat who’s loved her little brother since before he was even born.

When Panda’s owner, Liel Ainmar Assayag, became pregnant, Panda became super protective of her human.

You may have been lucky enough to have one of the best teachers out there (there are loads, after all) or deeply unfortunate to have one that wasn’t so strong; either way they will have had a profound effect on your life.

But what makes the best kind of teacher?

Twenty-two-year-old Austin Shifflett from Charlottesville, Virginia, had such a hard time at school from bullies that he used to skip class. He would lock himself away in his room, played video games 24/7, drank sodas and ate fast food.

He thought he weighed around 250lbs (17st 8lbs) but got a massive shock one day when, aged 17,… Read the full story

You found yourself obsessed with Buffy’s one-liners, Willow’s awkwardness and Xander’s obsessive crushes. Plus you kind of wished that your school librarian was a secret watcher like Giles.

But just how well do you actually remember all of the smaller characters that contributed to this great show?

No really, I didn’t see your text. (Picture: MylesGoode)

Everybody lies. It’s true, really.

There is not a person alive who has ever been 100% honest for the entirety of their life. Because it’s impossible to get through life without telling a couple of white lies.

So don’t feel bad. Lies are just an essential part of human interaction.

And if you think you’re a perfect beacon of honesty, you’re not. We guarantee you’re guilty of at least one of these.

1. ‘Oh, sorry, I didn’t see your text’

Meaning: I did see it. And I ignored it. Don’t call me out on it, you dick.

But for those who can’t help but chew their fingers down to the bone, this horrid habit is a constant source of aggravation.

Special occasions prompt the inevitable dilemma of whether to glue on falsies for the day or just hope that no one notices you’ve got your hands permanently behind your back.

When you shake hands with people you do it quickly and snatch your fingers back before the other person notices that your hands look like they belong to an extra off The Walking Dead.

Today Katie Price said she would have aborted her son Harvey had she known of his disabilities in advance.

Understandably there have been mutterings on social media about her comments, but her quote, taken out of context, misrepresents the full story.

Her initial comment was, ‘I was young when I had Harvey and I admit it – if I’d have known he was blind when I had him, as harsh as it sounds, I probably would have aborted him.’

However, she followed this up with ‘Now if they said I was going to have a child with disabilities, I would definitely keep it. I would even adopt a child with disabilities. Until… Read the full story

We can’t feel too bad for him as he struggles to get some shut eye – as his problems sleeping are 100% self-inflicted.

Danielle Eden has made it her mission to save dogs living in awful conditions all across the globe.

As co-founder of Dog Tales Rescue and Sanctuary in Canada, Danielle works alongside other animal-lovers to give dogs in desperate need of rescuing a home.

Most recently, Danielle visited a poorly conditioned shelter in Israel, which saw 250 dogs living in a rat-infested space which had originally been designed for just 70 animals.

The dogs were filthy and fighting over scraps of food.

‘To say that the shelter was overcrowded is an understatement, with more than 250 dogs crammed into a space with the capacity for 70,’ she said in a… Read the full story

This new website claims to know where your ancestors originated from using just your surname.

Named.com also believes it can tell you where you met your partner based on your surnames.

The site was developed by researchers at University College London’s Department of Geography as part of a larger project on British surnames.

It uses data from the Consumer Data Research Centre to show where your surname is the most concentrated.

When you type in your name, it generates a heat map which shows unusual popularity of a surname in a certain location.

According to stats from married couples dating site IllicitEncounters.com, High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire was the most unfaithful town in the UK last year.

Which could make for some uncomfortable conversations over the cornflakes in the suburbs this morning.

The website’s ‘cheating map’ of the UK has shown that middle class commuter town was the mostly likely place for a husband or wife to stray over the last 12 months.

An Ontario mum, fed up of her 23-year-old son taking her for granted decided to leave an invoice in his room for a year’s worth of support payments.

It included a $1,000 CAD (£500) surcharge for ‘being an asshole’.

Redditor Chalipo, a full time student, shared a copy of the invoice online yesterday, explaining that he’d been living at home for around 13 months.

The invoice (for services delivered in the last 13 months in addition to five years’ tuition expenses) included his share of all the household bills, plus cleaning and vacuuming services, and ‘incidental food/sundries’ taken from the kitchen.
